With over 20 years as a Realtor servicing all areas of Los Angeles, I have assisted hundreds of people from all walks of life to buy and sell their property. I have gained an extraordinary amount of insight and understanding. Let me put my expertise to work for you!

I have extensive knowledge of each of the communities located in and around the South Bay and will work tirelessly on your behalf to make your next home buying or home selling experience a pleasant and successful one.

I have been licensed since 1986 and have been selling real estate full time ever since. I am a member of the California Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors, which means I maintain the highest possible standards as a real estate agent. The Realtor designation means that I act according to a specific code of ethics which guarantees the optimum level of service for your real estate needs when buying or selling a home, commercial property, or condo. 

I have been honored for helping to feed the homeless, and many other church and local charitable functions. In fact a portion of every transaction goes to one of several charities. 

I was born right here at Torrance Memorial Hospital and have lived all my life in Torrance and Lomita, with the exception of one year in Sault Ste. Marie, Michigan (my dad's hometown). That experience was enough for me to realize that snow is cold, wet and "not for this thin blooded" California transplant. 

I have been married since 1980 to my lovely wife, Wendy. We have three daughters including identical twins and recently added my first grandson!
